Frequently Asked Questions

How can I order one of your covers?

Premade Cover:

You can buy any of my available premade covers through my Premade Shop. Each cover is sold only once and the payment is made via Paypal. Please contact me if you’d prefer to pay via another method.

Custom Cover:

If you’d like to order a custom cover from me, you will have to fill in the form in the Services & Pricing page or email me.

After you contact me, I will answer back within 24 hours (business days) with my availability and by answering any questions you might have. When the time comes for me to start your cover, I might email you with some questions or ask for some more details. Within three days I’ll send you a rough mockup of the design. I offer unlimited revisions so that you get 100% exactly what you dreamed of. But please be comprehensive and clear in your feedback. After a day or two, depending on how many things you’d like to change, I’ll send the revised cover. When you decide on the final design, I’ll issue the final invoice and send you a standard design contract for you to sign. After confirmation of payment, I will send you all the high-resolution files.

What methods of payment do you accept?

I currently accept payments via Paypal, TransferWise, Payoneer and Stripe. I also offer payment plans for those who can’t afford to pay the full amount right away.

VAT is not applicable. The price you see is the price you will pay.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. If you can’t afford a custom cover package at the moment, or if you fell in love with a premade cover but can’t pay the full amount right now, we do offer payment plans. You can contact me with how often and how much you would like to pay and then I’ll send you my standard design contract for you to read and sign. After you sign it I’ll issue the invoice. The invoice will be sent through Paypal with partial payments enabled. After the full payment has been made I’ll send you all the files via Wetransfer. If you’d like an alternative method of payment, for example, Stripe or Transferwise, please contact me.

What happens after I order a premade cover?

I will email you within 72 hours(business days) with the ebook cover. If you filled the form, then I will edit the cover with your preferred cover title, subtitle and author name. If you don’t have a title/blurb yet you can contact me at a later time when you have them and I’ll update the files within three business days. If you ordered any add-ons, these will take around four business days to deliver.

If you’d like me to make some changes to the design, I will contact you to discuss the details. Small changes (color and font changes, removal of some elements, etc) can be made at no additional fee. Extensive changes (head or body swaps, addition of new elements, etc) will have an additional fee. Please contact for an estimate if you’d like any extensive changes.

In what format will you send me the files?

If you order an ebook cover I will send you the ebook file as a jpeg (RGB) with 6 x 9″ size. If you’d like another size, I can make this change at no additional cost.

In case you order a paperback I will send you the PDF file, in CMYK, ready for print. Please let me know if you’ll be printing with KDP, Ingram Spark, or other.

How fast will my book cover be delivered to me?
  • Premade ebook covers with your book title and author name will be ready within three business days if no additional changes or add-ons are requested.
  • If you requested a full-wrap, this can take three to four days to complete.
  • Depending on the complexity of the Custom Cover, first rough designs will be delivered within the first three days and the fully completed cover within six business days.
What is your refund policy?

I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and you will only have to pay for the cover if you are 100% satisfied, so I do not accept refunds after this fact.

If you end up not using the cover in a publication, you have the option of selling the cover to another author, provided you do not sell it for more than what you originally paid for. Please contact me if you wish to proceed with the sale of the cover (license transfer).
The fee for changing the text after license transfer will be $30, to be paid via Paypal invoice by either the Author or the new licensee. The author, the requested licensee and I will need to sign an addendum to the original design contract acknowledging the transfer, and the new files will be sent within a week to the new email address.

I bought an ebook cover. Can I request a paperback later on?

Of course! Send me an email to triumphcovers@gmail.com with your blurb and any other elements you would like to be added to the paperback or fill in the form in the Services & Pricing page. The paperback can take up to three business days to complete.

Do I need to credit you inside my book?

Yes, please credit me in your book as: “Cover Design by Diana TC, www.triumphbookcovers.com”.

You might also need to credit the stock providers or photographers, and in those cases, I will provide you with the disclaimer required for the use of their images, so that you include it in the imprint page of your book.
