Triumph Book Covers / Diana TC
Privacy Policy
Last updated July 19, 2026. This website belongs to Diana Toledo Calçado (Diana TC), trading as Triumph Book Covers. If you have any questions about this policy, write to triumphcovers@gmail.com
The order form
The form on the homepage does not send or store anything on this website. When you press the button, it opens a ready made email in your own mail app, which you can review, edit or discard before sending. If you choose to send it, your message arrives at triumphcovers@gmail.com like any normal email. I keep client emails as ordinary business correspondence and never share them with third parties.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies at all. If that ever changes, this policy will say so first.
Content loaded from other companies
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google can see your IP address, like with any file downloaded from the internet.
- A script from MailerLite, the service I use for my newsletter, loads on the site. It sets no cookies on a normal visit.
- The premade shop lives on dianatc.com, which has its own privacy policy.
- Links to Facebook, Instagram or Amazon take you to those platforms, where their own policies apply.
If you become a client
When you order a cover we exchange emails, you sign the design agreement through Docsketch, and payment happens through PayPal invoices. Those services process your name and email address under their own privacy policies. I process this information because it is needed to carry out our contract, and I keep signed agreements and invoices for as long as accounting and legal rules require.
Server logs
The server that hosts this site (Hostinger) keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting, like almost every website. I do not use these logs to identify visitors.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me at any time what personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where the law allows. Send your request to triumphcovers@gmail.com and I will reply as soon as I can. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Portugal that is the CNPD, at cnpd.pt.
Changes
If the way this site works changes, this policy will be updated to match, with the date at the top telling you when that last happened.
